Payment Info and How to Order:

By Phone:  To place an order by phone call 1-719-372-0563.  We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, checks and money orders.

To place an order by mail, complete the order information form. Click on PAY BY CHECK button, print out the order form and mail it with a check or money order (in U.S. funds) for the total amount payable to:

Please do not send cash.  There is a $15 charge on returned checks.  We will not send you any part of your order until we receive your check and it clears the bank.  If you pay by mail, you take the chance that the items you want may no longer be available by the time we receive your check.  If this occurs, we will phone you and either make arrangements to promptly refund payment or substitute another item of equal value, whichever you prefer.

Online:  To place an order online with our secure credit card payment system, fill out the order information form, and click PAY BY CREDIT CARD to enter your credit card information.  We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS. You will receive a confirmation email within one business day.  Paying by credit card is fast and secure with our online system.  Questions? Email us at sales@lunasbazaar.com   

No COD’s.

Sales Tax:  We charge sales tax (2.9%), for orders mailed to the state of Colorado only. 

Shipping Information:
--Shipping and handling may take 4-6 weeks, depending on the size/type of the order.  We do all we can to expedite our custom orders.  Feel free to call if you haven’t received your custom order by 5 weeks.   

--We prefer to ship UPS ground.   Typically this takes around 5 business days, within the United States .  However if your order is small, we may choose to send it via USPS Priority mail, which will get it to you faster.  We recommend getting insurance for all shipping!

--For rush orders, check the “other “box and type your preference of …..in the comments.  Your order will be sent to us, but we will not charge you until we’ve phoned you with a shipping quote and your total.  Feel free to call or email us for quotes on overnight shipping.  Keep in mind that this will not speed up custom orders significantly. 

--For Post Office Boxes within the continental United States, or for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, we will ship by USPS Priority Mail.  For International shipping we will use USPS Global Express Mail Service.  Please call or email us for exact shipping and handling fees, 1-719-372-0563 or sales@lunasbazaar.com

--UPS does not deliver to Post Office boxes.  Please provide a physical location as a shipping address for UPS delivery.

-- If you are placing an order to be delivered to a country outside of the United States , that country may assess a customs fee.  Additionally, UPS may charge a “broker’s fee”, in addition to whatever you will pay us for shipping.  We do not know what either of these fees may be, we receive no part of them and we have no control over them. 

--Both UPS and USPS Priority shipping can be tracked online.  We will send you notice when your package is shipped, and you may check the shipping progress with your tracking number.

 --We highly recommend getting insurance with your package.  We will only replace lost orders if they are insured.  See above for insurance rates.

Returns/Exchanges:

We want you to be happy with your order and will accept returns or exchanges if you are not satisfied with an item.  Please follow our guidelines below when making a return:

--Items will be accepted for refund, credit or exchange within 10 days of customer receipt, if returned in unused condition and not damaged in any way.

-- A copy of your invoice MUST be returned with your return.

--Special order and Custom order items are not returnable.  Please see What to Expect When You Get Your Costume.

--Bindis, stick-on body jewelry, tattoos, and hair accessories are not returnable, for obvious health reasons.

--Closeout sale items are not returnable.

--Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

--Please email or call if you have any questions regarding an item to be returned.

Privacy Policy: 

We do not share your billing, shipping, ordering, or payment information with anyone, and our online credit card payment system is completely secure.

Stock on hand and price fluctuations:

While we may be able to reorder some items, many of our items are one of a kind or one of a limited number, please call or email us if you wish to check on item availability.  Most items are imports and prices may fluctuate according to customs and/or the value of the dollar.    

Backorders:

If an item is backordered, you will receive notification by email or phone, with the option to cancel the backordered portion of your order.  You may choose to have us send the rest of your order now, or hold it all until the backordered portion arrives.  You will not be charged extra for backorders, but we can not add to an order once part of it has been shipped. 

Custom Orders:

Our custom orders take 4-6 weeks for delivery.  We make every effort to expedite shipment however, occasionally delays occur when shipping from the Mid East and Eastern Europe.  Please do call or email if you are feeling antsy about your custom order!  Custom orders are not refundable.  Please take care when supplying measurements and see our pages on What to Expect When You Get Your Costume and Care of Your Costume.
